A man develops a painful elbow and visits the doctor. The doctor asks for a urine specimen. The patient says "It's my elbow, why do you need a urine sample?" The doctor says, "Ive got a machine that can diagnose anything from a urine sample." The patient gives him the urine specimen and the next day the doctor calls him and tells him, "You've got tennis elbow." He sends him a bill for $400.

The patient says, "I'd like to send you a repeat specimen." He gets some urine from his wife, mixes it with urine from his dog and adds his own seminal fluid, and sends it to the doctor.

The next day the doctor calls and tells him, "Your dog has rabies, your wife has gonorrheae and if you don't stop masturbating you'll never get rid of that tennis elbow."
