Ordering Advertising Space
1. Online advertising commences when payment is completed.a. Advertising space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
b. Advertising requests are reviewed, and may be declined by MedExplorer. In this case, your payment will be refunded.
c. Payment must be received before an advertisement campaign begins.
d. Text Link ads may be adjusted by the advertiser by emailing MedExplorer appropriate changes.
Making Payment
a. Advertiser may pay online during the application and reservation process. Payment may be made by check, credit card, bank wire, or Western Union.
b. Payments must be received before advertisements are placed on MedExplorer.
c. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to 7 days of the advertising start date.
d. An advertisement refund will not be granted once an advertising campaign has begun. Refunds are generally not applicable because we charge advertisers only after the advertising has begun and delivered.
